Booking a Session

Dependant on the nature of your issue I will suggest your first session is either 55 or 110 minutes (unless you are looking to stop smoking in which case a slightly longer 2½ hour session is more appropriate), which will enable us to achieve a significant amount of progress in our first therapeutic meeting.

You will then be given an appropriate amount of time to allow the changes that have been put in place to take effect.

You will be asked to keep in touch with me so that I am able to monitor your progress and we are able to jointly agree any subsequent course of action, including any further sessions, which may be either 55 minutes or 110 minutes in duration.
All therapy work requires full completion of an Assessment Form prior to booking a session (click here to download).
